The following personnel actions shall be included in the Board agenda for approval prior to implementation except for separation, retirement, and death which are included as information items only.

All other personnel actions do not require prior Board approval and are vested with the President of Oklahoma State University, or appropriate designees, for decision and action on all such personnel matters, subject to general superintending control and approval of the Board. |

Interim Approval by the Executive Secretary |
Periodically, interim approvals by the Board's Executive Secretary may be necessary. Presidential approval is required before submitting these requests to the Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary's interim approval is subject to the Board's ratification.

Board Reporting |

3.1 |
A monthly listing of new positions established at OSU will be provided to the Board as information. |

3.2 |
A quarterly summary of FTE employment provided to the State Regents will be included in the Board's agenda as an information item. |
