Individuals serving as a president in the OSU/A&M System and as Executive Secretary of the Board may secure a complete and thorough physical examination on an annual basis prior to the end of each fiscal year by competent medical practitioners of their individual choices.

The expenses for such physical examination shall be the responsibility of the Board, and the Regents' Executive/Administrative Office is to be notified by each person holding one of the said positions of the date such physical examinations are completed and the name of the physicians conducting such examination.
