OSU Physical Plant Services will administer a gas line survey that will provide an annual survey of all exterior gas lines and bi-annual surveys of all interior gas lines on all campuses of institutions under the governance of the Board. A record will be maintained of leak frequency on each line and reported to the Executive Secretary annually before November 1 with any recommendations.
