30:1-1-11. Requests for information/submissions by the public

Requests by the public for information regarding the activities and business of the Board of Regents may be made through written requests transmitted to the Executive Secretary of the Board of Regents. Submissions of information by the public to the Board of Regents may be made through written documents transmitted to the Executive Secretary of the Board of Regents. All such requests and submissions shall be transmitted to the address of the legal situs of the Board of Regents.
