The Offices of the Board shall consist of the Executive/Administrative Office, the Office of Legal Counsel, and the Department of Internal Audits.

The Board, under authority granted in Title 70, Section 3412(k), Oklahoma Statutes, does hereby declare that employees of the Board shall be considered as Administrative and Professional employees of Oklahoma State University for purposes of computation of and eligibility for all fringe and other employee benefits.

Further, the payroll for the staff employees of the Board will be processed by Oklahoma State University and funded from the accounts of the Board.
