30:10-1-9. Construction Change Orders

The President or his/her designee of each institution under the governance of the Board of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges is authorized to approve construction change orders within budgetary and statutory limits, whichever is less, with the stipulation that the reporting of all construction change orders be made to the Board of Regents at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting following issuance of each such change order.
